Thank you for this post. I insert Piwik code to header.php of my theme, but нothing happens.
I edited also config.ini.php with, because I use CloudFlare.

If you look at the source code of your blog are you able to see the code at all? Maybe CloudFlare is blocking the requests? Sorry about the slow reply, I missed this one.
