Testing Remarkbox on a static site, and included it in the post template so that comments are enabled on every post-type page. Just wanted to make sure that it will not create the same comment thread on ALL of my posts, if that makes sense. Or do I have to manually embed the snippet on every single post I create?

Yes, A single Remarkbox snippet will create a separate thread anywhere you place it. In fact Remarkbox works best if you embed the snippet into your site's template. Remarkbox will create a separate thread for each web page based on the web page uri.
