I try to reply my comment, and I didn't get informed, so I don't know if my visitors can get my reply. I want to know how can I get informed. Since we all provide the email when commenting, I want to be informed by email. Is that function provided only for paying users? Or maybe there isn't such function at all.

All users have the ability to enable reply notifications on the user settings page. Additionally, a user is able to watch a thread to get updates.
