We tracked this down to a case-sensitivity bug. If your site is accessed as Example.com vs example.com, Remarkbox was treating those as two completely separate namespaces -- so you'd see someone else's comments, or none at all.
This is the same class of bug we fixed earlier with duplicate email accounts. Namespace names and page URLs are now normalized to lowercase, so capitalization differences no longer create phantom namespaces.
If you're still seeing unexpected comments, let us know your domain and we can check if there are duplicate namespaces that need merging.

When I posted the comment box to my site it already had comments on it and I want to delete them.
